Cancellations, refunds & retention

a) Cancellations: To receive a full refund, notify lizi@liziceramics.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
b) Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled class, a 20% late rescheduling fee will apply, based on the price of your class. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

1) Cancellations: To receive a full refund, notify lizi@liziceramics.com at least 2 weeks before your scheduled class. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 2 weeks of the class, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
2) Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled class will incur a 20% late rescheduling fee, based on the class price. We encourage you to notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
3) Outstanding Balance: Any remaining balance for your class must be settled at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
4) Studio Capacity: Only the guests who have been officially booked for the class are allowed in the studio during the session. We appreciate your understanding.

To ensure students can learn and gain the full value of the class, if a student arrives more than 30 minutes late, the teacher reserves the right to refuse entry. Unfortunately, no rescheduling or refund will be available in this case. We encourage students to arrive on time to fully engage in the session.

Students are required to collect their work within 3 months of the scheduled class or course end date. After this time, the studio will no longer be responsible for uncollected work and may dispose of or repurpose it as needed.
Studio policies & general terms

Students are responsible for their own actions and behaviour while in the studio. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse of equipment may result in charges for repairs or replacements.

Students must behave respectfully towards others and adhere to the studio’s code of conduct. Disruptive behaviour or unsafe actions may result in removal from the class without refund.

Our classes are intended for students aged 13 years and above, unless specified as being specially designed for children.
If a student is younger than 13 years of age, we reserve the right to reject their enrolment.
If younger students are permitted in specific classes, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

a) Lizi Ceramics Studio is not liable for any personal property that is damaged, lost, or stolen while on or around the premises, including items placed on shelves or in communal areas.
b) For safety and organisation, bags must be placed on the provided shelves and are not permitted in the workshop area. If you have valuable items, we can store them for you at reception. While we take care with your belongings, we cannot accept liability for these items.
c) Any unlabelled work or personal belongings left in communal spaces will be kept for up to 1 month. After this period, unclaimed items may be disposed of to maintain a clutter-free studio.
Consumer protection & fair practices

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Vouchers can only be redeemed in Lizi Ceramics Studio, and no refunds or extensions will be given after the expiry date.

Health, safety & liability

Lizi Ceramics Studio is committed to providing a safe environment for all students. However, students must take responsibility for their actions while in the studio.
All students must follow the studio’s safety guidelines, including the proper handling of tools and equipment. If unsure about how to safely use any equipment, please ask the instructor for guidance before use.

While we make every effort to ensure a safe environment, Lizi Ceramics Studio is not liable for any injury, accident, or harm that may occur while participating in classes or using studio equipment, including tools such as scissors, knives, or other sharp objects.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in these activities.

Students must handle all tools (including scissors, knives, etc.) with care. If you are unfamiliar with any equipment, please ask your instructor for assistance. We cannot accept liability for injuries caused by improper use of tools or equipment.
